King gives Krebkampf -update as he meets the disease in the hospital

The king told a cancer patient “I am not bad” when he was asked for his own recovery during a visit to open a new hospital.

Charles also said, “Half of the problem is to recognize it in time” and said: “The great thing is that they are getting better and better with these things.”

“There is always hope on the street, he added.

In a separate, he joked that he “discovered” that “parts do not work so well when they are over 70”.

He met Matthew Shinda during a visit to Midland Metropolitan University Hospital to officially open it.

Matthew told The King about his cancer and revealed: “Last step. I could go today, I could go tomorrow.”

Matthew was with daughter Philippa Matthew, 52, younger sister Jessie Sharif (60) and Ms. Elizabeth Shinda (74).

The king has been subjected to cancer treatment since January last year. He went to the hospital for an enlarged prostate when the doctors found that he had the disease.

The palace has not confirmed what kind of cancer Charles has, but it is considered no prostate.

King Charles asked how long Matthew had been here and asked: “Did you give you the right treatment? Wonderful nurses.”

And he joked that “they have to go up endless elevators to go somewhere” in the building.

Matthew said to the king: “It is nice to see that they relax well.”

The king replied: “I’m not bad, thank you.” Matthew said to him: “I have the same illness. It is prostate. Last stage. I could go today, tomorrow.”

Charles said: “Half of the problem is to recognize it, not true, in time.”

“I’m sorry, it’s so frustrating.” We are probably about as old, right? “

Matthew said the king was about a year older, which Charles laughed.

Matthew then said he would like to have something to drink and told the king, he likes everything “as long as it is nice”.

Charles joked that he should have brought a whiskey and say: “It should be very good for the heart.”

Charles also asked about his daughters and grandchildren and said that he was “lucky” to be two daughters who alternately replaced.

Matthew said after the visit: “I was enthusiastic. He showed concern.”

Charles later told the king in the retired milk man Philip Barnard, who had lung cancer that there was “great progress in treatment”.

He asked Jeff how he was dealing with at home and asked Jacqueline about her treatment.

They told him that they had been married for 40 years.

And Jacuqeline said to him: “I’ve ever met you. Perry Barr Stadium. You came in a helicopter and got out of the helicopter and approached my parents directly.”

He joked: “It was a little luck, wasn’t it?”

She said, “You shaken your hand. I didn’t get a look at it, so I’m so pleased that you are talking to me today.”

Charles said: “It was a wonderful old helicopter that I remember. I flew it earlier. Because I flew her in the Navy. I left the navy in 1976, but I was still able to remember how to fly it. That was the great.” I am so happy that I have to meet you. “
